Does any country today have similar freedom and liberty and non-intrusive government that the USA used to have?

I would rather call that "non-instrusive" government as anarchism. Look upon some of the African countries.

I actually have no idea but Canada seems pretty laid back. I don’t believe technology will make it possible to be as free as we once were anywhere except possibly a third world country.
